Description: A degree holder from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, to a chef at a Five Star Hotel. I then assisted one of India’s Leading Cookbook author in food and recipe research. After heading the recipe research team for over a decade and completing the release over 60 cookbooks, I ventured on my own into recipe development and Food Styling. During my tenure as the head of Research, I researched over 1000 recipes, apart from extensive research conducted on various cuisines such as Indian, Mexican, Chinese, Gourmet etc…I was assisted by a nutritionist, to research on recipes for healthy eating for Diabetics, Heart Patients, Pregnancy, for Toddlers etc….
